Donny Rottweiler is a professional bully who is much taller than Todd, but still attends his school. He is Buzz's mentor and Todd's other nemesis, he is feared because of his giant size and makes his last appearance in "A Tale of Two Rileys". He's voiced by Jess Harnell.

Trivia

In the episode "Master Pho", it's revealed that Donny wears Unicorn boxer shorts.
