Doug Perkins is a supporting character from the Disney Channel animated series Big City Greens. He is an interesting man who becomes good friends with Bill Green.
Background[]
Personality[]
Doug Perkins is "a hoot", at least from Bill Green's perspective. Doug is a very clean and loudly eloquent person who, while coming off as direct, is actually pretty jovial with casual interests and hobbies. He tends to speak literally. When asked if he liked fishing, he responds, "No. I don't. I LOVE fishing!" He can be angered however when things go wrong, but is understanding once he is made clear of the situation. He does occasionally lack the ability to pick up on social cues, though this is rarely ever a problem.
Physical appearance[]
Doug is a tall violet-blue skinned pan with dark violet-blue crew cut hair. He has a rectangular appearance, wears square glasses, and his wardrobe consists of a light yellow polo shirt, tight green pants, and white sneakers
Trivia[]
- It is unknown what his occupation is, or even if he has one.
- Doug is voiced by Tom Gammill who, with his writing partner Max Pross, has mainly worked on shows such as The Critic, Seinfeld, Monk, and most famously, The Simpsons. He even wrote the short Playdate with Destiny.
- Doug mentions having another friend, though who it is is not known.
