Dr. Akonam Ojo is a character from the Disney Channel animated series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. She is a Wakandan secret agent who pushes Moon Girl to her limits.

Personality[]
Dr. Ojo is a very reserved and curt person who has high expectations for most people. Because of this, she comes off as being cold and uncaring. The truth is, she cares very much for the people she is assigned to, but due to how she was trained and raised, her social skills make her seem disdainful. She ultimately comes around to realizing that her way of doing things is not applicable and becomes a much more open and supportive person.
Physical appearance[]
Dr. Ojo is a tall African woman. She has hair, but keeps it covered with a yellow and pink headdress. She also has purple diamond shaped earrings, and a black and yellow dress of Wakandan design.
Appearances[]
Dr. Akonam Ojo appears in "Make It, Don't Break It!" where she replaces, the extremely relieved, Coach Hrbek as the science teacher. Lunella Lafayette, enamored with a Wakandan scientist, ask that she be her sponsor for the Robot Warz competition. Dr. Ojo agrees, but immediately calls Lunella's designs "rudimentary". Every time Lunella comes with a new design, Dr. Ojo becomes more and more critical of her work. This causes Lunella to think that Dr. Ojo hates her, but Dr. Ojo explains that she simply wants Lunella to be her best and tells her to be a "diamond". When Lunella takes a brief break from her work, Dr. Ojo scolds her and tells her that she needs to commit. On the day of the competition, Dr. Ojo approves of the work, until later when she notices that one of the screws is loose, somewhat wracking Lunella into hastily fixing it. When the robot falls apart, Lunella has a panic attack, confusing Dr. Ojo. Afterwards, Casey and Mimi bring Lunella back and tells off Dr. Ojo and her methods. Dr. Ojo admits that she was wrong to belittle Lunella and that in actuality she was sent by Wakanda on a mission to recruit young geniuses for a secret team and offers Lunella a spot, but she turns her down. Dr. Ojo returns to Wakanda, much to Hrbek's horror.

- Dr. Ojo can be seen as an unintentional antagonist as while she is supportive towards Lunella, her actions and the way she goes about it put her in a rather unlikeable position.
- While Dr. Ojo knew that Lunella was a very smart girl, it is unknown if she knew that she was Moon Girl.
