"Dr. Skip" is the second segment of the forty-ninth episode of Special Agent Oso. It premiered on April 6, 2012 alongside "Dye Another Egg", and is the second segment of the twenty-fifth episode in the second season.

Plot

Wolfie trains Oso to walk through a hallway while using Professor Buffo's new foam blaster to cover the surveillance cameras. During his mission, Oso covers all the cameras with the foam...except for one. Oso is spotted and launched into a pond. That's when a special alert comes in. He teaches a girl in the Philippines, Jasmine, to skip like her sister Angela.

• The episode's title is a reference to the James Bond film Dr. No.
