Plot

Wolfie trains Oso to walk through a hallway while using Professor Buffo's new foam blaster to cover the surveillance cameras. During his mission, Oso covers all the cameras with the foam...except for one. Oso is spotted and launched into a tank of water. That's when a special alert comes in. A girl in the Philippines, Jasmine, wants to learn how to skip like her sister Angela. Can Oso teach Jasmine how to skip?

• The episode's title is a reference to the James Bond film Dr. No.
