"Dr. Throw" is the first segment of the thirty-eighth episode of Special Agent Oso. It premiered on January 7, 2011 alongside "Nobody Plays "it" Better", and is the first segment of the fourteenth episode in the second season.
Plot[]
Dotty trains Oso to jump out of the space jet with a parachute and land onto an iceberg. While waiting for Wolfie to rescue him, Oso slips off the iceberg and into the water. That's when a special alert comes in. Oso teaches a boy, Rudy, how to throw a football while his mom does some weeding before his Uncle Lou arrives to play football with him.

- The episode's title is a reference to the James Bond film Dr. No.
- Uncle Lou was voiced and modeled after the legendary Notre Dame football coach, Lou Holtz.
