Dream Productions is an upcoming Disney+ original series produced by Pixar, based on the Inside Out setting between the first film and the second film.

Production

On June 16, 2023, it was reported that a spin-off animated series based on Inside Out was in development for Disney+, with Mike Jones serving as the showrunner. The series was being produced concurrently with the sequel film Inside Out 2.

  • It is also the third series to be animated entirely by Pixar, after Dug Days and Cars on the Road, as Buzz Lightyear of Star Command was animated entirely by Disney Television Animation (not counting the segments during the intro) and Monsters at Work had most of its animation done by Dwarf Animation.
