Tapestry of Dreams[]
The Dreamseekers took part in the beginning of the parade approaching the guests, greeting them in various languages and introducing themselves. Cosmo took part in saying his line that this celebration is not what it seemed while Leonardo said his line that the visions the guests would be seeing would be the power of dreams with Elfin saying her line as well. Just then, the Dreamseekers said a line together that the parade would begin showing the world that guests dream of in a world full of love, compassion, and rejoices. Afterwards, the puppeteers and their puppets and the Millennium Drummers banging on the drums on their floats. As the parade progressed, the Dreamseekers told the guests to help show what this vision would become with love and compassion inspiring the drums, telling them of what more they could see. They later told guests that the tapestries encircled the Earth revealing peace and harmony for the future with the good dreams spreading joy across the world. The parade then paused when a narrator summarized about what Walt Disney saying that the modern era would have a better future.
After the narration, the Dreamseekers said to the guests that the gift of dreams put them in unity together to journey to new places by conjuring the magic for the future, encouraging guests to dance to the sounds of drums with a great celebration in a bright future, as well as telling the guests to sing all together in harmony. At the end of the parade, the Dreamseekers told the guests that their journeys forever be met with peace and jubilant dreams and looking into a better future, just before leaving.
Kidcot Fun Stops[]
During the parade's run, guests would receive Dreamtale coins at the Kidcot stations for the Dreamseekers from the parade so that they would collect them when they passed by. These coins have since been discontinued after the parade was permanently retired.
Trivia[]
- The Dreamseekers were voiced by Jodi Chase, Chris Truelson and Scott Wayrock respectively.[1]
- Leonardo Columbus' name is a possible reference to real-world historical figures Leonardo da Vinci and Christopher Columbus.
- Elfin, who represents nature, has a striking resemblance to the personification of Mother Nature, except having a humanoid appearance resembling an elf, a magical being from folklore often associated with nature.
- Cosmo's name originates from the Greek word, "kosmos", which translates to "world" or "universe” (occasionally used as a synonym to "outer space"). Fittingly, Cosmo's name fits his space-themed appearance.
- The Dreamseekers took on the role of Sage of Time from the predecessor parade Tapestry of Nations, having a similar role to the latter. Unlike in the predecessor where the Sage was the sole character who led the parade, Tapestry of Dreams was led by the Dreamseekers who were a trio of three individual characters.
