DuckTales World Showcase Adventure is an interactive game attraction for Epcot's World Showcase based on the DuckTales reboot series (which ended the same year as the attraction), which replaced Agent P's World Showcase Adventure, which was originally scheduled to open in the Summer of 2020. However, it was delayed to December 16, 2022, as part of the park's 40th anniversary celebration, which is part of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration, since the opening was postponed indefinitely following the closure of the park due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Utilizing the infrastructure from the previous incarnations of the World Showcase Adventure and the Play Disney Parks App, guests will join the Duck family in adventures around the world searching for a group of artifacts called the Seven Plunders of the World while fighting numerous villains from the series in Mexico, Norway, China, France, Germany, Japan, and United Kingdom.

Overview

The guests are invited to explore along with the duck family via an "Adven-share" app, and are subsequently referred to as "Adven-sharers". From there, the adven-sharers can choose one of seven countries to travel to.

Finale

Once all seven of the previous missions have been complete, a final mission unlocks. In it, the duck family has returned to Duckburg and Magica and Mark Beaks have harnessed the power of the Seven Plunders to transform all of the duck family members into artifacts, except for Scrooge, and threaten to spread them all over the world, unless Scrooge hands over all the previous treasures and his number one dime. The Adven-sharers and Scrooge use Glomgold as a distraction (by exploiting his jealousy) and then hack Magica's magic to reverse its power.

Trivia

• During the mission's title screens, there is a different cultural instrumental arrangement of the DuckTales Theme for each of the pavilions. Similar to the previous incarnation with Today is Gonna Be a Great Day.
• In the Norway quest, the player may obtain a card that is almost identical to the ones used in the former Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom quest in Magic Kingdom.
