William Dwight Schultz is an American actor and voice artist who is best known for his roles as Captain "Howling Mad" Murdock on the 1980s action series The A-Team and as Reginald Barclay in the Star Trek franchise.
For Disney, he voiced Wild Card in Wander Over Yonder, Technovore in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Attuma in Avengers Assemble, Mesmero in Ultimate Spider-Man, and played Shredlock in Kirby Buckets. He is also one of the additional voices in Gargoyles, Cars Toons, Tangled: The Series, The Lion Guard and Sofia the First.
