Plot[]
Goofy moves into Mickey's residence. He is exhausted from working for a living and wants to relax. However, Mickey commands Pluto to fetch his slippers, and gives him treats. Goofy suddenly murmurs a complaint because Pluto has privileges that he doesn't have. So he devises an approach, and Pluto starts behaving like a new dog. He's satisfied and tells Pluto that they're in "easy street" but then Goofy starts hogging all the activities and dog treats.
Meanwhile, Pluto starts getting jealous that Goofy gets all the attention from Mickey, and his devil and angel start talking to him. Later on, Pluto angrily chews up Mickey's slipper to frame Goofy, making Mickey angry he throws Pluto out of the house for the night to make him think about what he did. Eventually, it starts raining and Pluto then realizes Goofy was making him jealous. Then he devises a plan to get payback, where he rolls around in the mud, so that he and Goofy are taken to the dog spa.
Unfortunately for Goofy, the dog spa experience turns out to be very torturous, since the dog spa's bath machine grooms him into a half-shaven French poodle, much to his horror and humiliation, resulting Goofy to realize that living in "easy street" isn't worth it and frantically flees from the dog spa. Meanwhile, Mickey notices this, and scoffs that Goofy would miss out on his dog treats. Having finally got the freeloading Goofy out of the way, the newly-groomed Pluto then embraces to getting pampered by Mickey once again.
