The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) are a British rock group that originate from Birmingham, England. They performed music from 1970 to 2002, before being reformed by Jeff Lynne in 2012 under the name Jeff Lynne's ELO.

The group's song "Evil Woman" was used in DTV Monster Hits, set to clips of various female Disney Villains. "Strange Magic" was covered by Darren Hayes for Ella Enchanted, Steve Rushton for the soundtrack of Wizards of Waverly Place, and Evan Rachel Wood and Alan Cumming for Strange Magic. Other songs from the band heard in Disney media include "Showdown" in Wild Hogs, "Mr. Blue Sky" in The Game Plan and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,[1] and "Don't Bring Me Down" in the trailer for The Pacifier, along with the solo version by Jeff Lynne heard in College Road Trip and trailers for Planes.
