Emperor Ping the Pitiless is a martian who appears in the DuckTales episode "The Right Duck". He is the ruler of Mars who uses his power to frighten his people and get all that he wants.
When Launchpad and Doofus arrives to Mars by accident, a device takes everything that is in his throne room. Ping, furious about this, decides to invade Earth to plund the richest as payback. Launchpad says that in the Earth they are really poor, so Ping decides to destroy it instead. So he imprisons Launchpad and Doofus while he programs the launch of a missile to destroy the planet.
Launchpad and Doofus eventually manages to escape and get into the missile just before its takeoff. While Ping the Pitiless waits for the destruction of the Earth the device catchs and traps him inside before taking off into space. Meanwhile, Launchpad manages to disable the missile submerging it in Scrooge's pool, preventing the destruction of the Earth. Meanwhile, on Mars, Ronnie, the monkey who was on the ship with Launchpad, is crowned the new king. And Ping the Pitiless tries to escape from the space device while heading to Pluto.
