Disneyland. April 12, 1992 - April 30, 1995. This costume was used in Disneyland's version of Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage show. She is only in her old hag form.
Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly Disney-MGM Studios). 2001-2006. The Enchantress is finally in DHS' version of the Beauty and the Beast - Live On Stage, but again only in her old hag form. She appears during the prologue, Beast's Transformation and Finale Bows.
Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly Disney-MGM Studios) 2002 - March 12, 2020. The costume no longer includes the gold dress inside.
Disney's Hollywood Studios. August 15 - October 2021. The rags look slighty different and the Enchantress now wears a wig.
Disney's Hollywood Studios. October 2021 - present. The Enchantress now has blond hair like in the original film, instead of brown.
Disney On Ice. 2002-2006. This beggar woman disguised was used in Disney on Ice: Beauty and the Beast when Mickey was reading the story in this show.
