- Several tracks from the actual game are not included in the soundtrack's standard release, such as the music from Mean Street as well as music played during boss battles such as the Clock Tower or Petetronic. Additionally, one of the tracks was listed as "Transition Games II", despite the fact that there is no track titled "Transition Games I" in it.
- Although it was announced that the game would be released in physical and digital formats simultaneously, the soundtrack however ended up being a digital exclusive album for unknown reasons.
- The designs made for the physical soundtrack release were done by Warm Butter Design as the soundtrack of the game was intended to have a public physical release, but somehow ended up being released digitally.[1]
