Estelle Nussbaum-Harris is an American actress, voice actress, and comedian, who is well known for voicing Mrs. Potato Head in Toy Story 2, Toy Story 3, and Toy Story 4.
She also provided the voice of Ma in the Timon & Pumbaa episode, "Mombasa-In-Law"; in The Lion King 1½, she was replaced by Julie Kavner. She also voiced Lula the sword in Dave the Barbarian, Mrs. Turtle in Mickey Mouse Works, the old lady bear in Brother Bear, Audrey in the 2004 animated film, Home on the Range, and Mama Gunda in the 2005 animated film, Tarzan II. She also voiced Helga in The Proud Family episode; "Thelma and Luis".
Additionally, she played Muriel, in a recurring role, on the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, during its first season and Grace Gallagher in Sonny with a Chance. She provided the voice of Peg-Leg Peg in Jake and the Never Land Pirates.
In addition to her Disney credits, Harris is also known for playing George Costanza's mother Estelle in Seinfeld. Coincidentally, Toy Story 2 had another Seinfeld cast member, Wayne Knight, best known for playing Newman.
