Estelle Nussbaum-Harris is an American actress, voice artist, and comedian, best known for voicing Mrs. Potato Head in the Toy Story franchise.
She voiced Ma in the Timon & Pumbaa episode "Mombasa-In-Law". She also voiced Lula in Dave the Barbarian, Mrs. Turtle in Mickey Mouse Works, the old lady bear in Brother Bear, Audrey in Home on the Range, and Mama Gunda in Tarzan II. Harris also voiced Helga in The Proud Family episode "Thelma and Luis."
Additionally, she had a recurring role as Muriel in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody during its first season and portrayed Grace Gallagher in Sonny with a Chance. She provided the voice of Peg-Leg Peg in Jake and the Never Land Pirates.
In addition to her Disney credits, Harris is also known for portraying Estelle Costanza in Seinfeld. Coincidentally, Toy Story 2 had Wayne Knight, another Seinfeld cast member, best known for portraying Newman.
