Eva Madden is one of the main protagonists of the Disney Channel original series, The Villains of Valley View. She is a retired supervillain from Centropolis formerly known by her supervillain name, Surge. She and Vic moved their family to Valley View, Texas after going on the run, in order to raise the kids and live a normal life. She is portrayed Lucy Davis.

Biography[]
Eva was born to a supervillain, who according to Eva, was once considered the most dangerous villain in the world. Eva would later get her powers and would become the supervillain know as Surge, who would become the third in command of all villains. During that time, she would also marry Vic and have Amy, Jake, and Colby Madden. After she and her family rebelled against the League of Villains, they went on the run and moved to Valley View, Texas to lived an ordinary life.
Personality[]
She is noted to be a petty and vindictive and always holds a grudge. She is also extremely twisted, except when people who are in her family get hurt like when she was worried about Colby's safety when he was about to be captured by Oculon in "No Escape".
