Andrew Caldwell is an American actor, who is probably best known for his film roles as Carter Scott in the 2008 comedy film College and Bill Blotto in the 2012 horror film Scary or Die. He is also well-known for his television roles as Mitch Bilsky in the Nickelodeon comedy series Henry Danger and Harley Johns in The CW supernatural crime drama series iZombie.
For Disney, he voiced Howard Weinerman in the Disney XD animated series Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. He also played Thor in the Disney Channel Original Series Hannah Montana, Gravy in Good Luck Charlie, Ted in Bunk'd, and Sam in the Disney Channel Original Movie Cloud 9.
