José Antonio Domínguez Banderas, known professionally as Antonio Banderas, is a Spanish actor, director, and producer. For Disney, he portrayed Art Dodge in the 1995 Touchstone Pictures film Two Much, Ché in the 1996 Hollywood Pictures film Evita, Ahmad ibn Fadlan in The 13th Warrior, and Cesar Dominguez in Play It to the Bone. He was also mentioned in the Hannah Montana episode "Yet Another Side of Me". Additionally, he played Renaldo in the 2023 film Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
He was born in Málaga and was educated at the College of Dramatic Art. His work in the theater and his performances on the streets eventually landed him a spot with the Spanish National Theatre. He made his film debut in 1982 with Labyrinth of Passion.
Banderas became prominent in the U.S. throughout the 1990s with films such as Philadelphia, Interview with the Vampire, and Desperado. He later became best known for his roles as Zorro in both The Mask of Zorro and it's sequel, Gregorio "Greg" Cortez in the Spy Kids franchise, and for voicing Puss in Boots in English and Spanish in DreamWorks' Shrek franchise, as well as reprising this role in the 2011 film of the same name and its 2022 sequel. He has also appeared in stage productions of Nine, A Chorus Line, and Company.

- Banderas was supposed to play Emmanuel da Costa in The New Mutants. However, his scene was never filmed due to the Disney-Fox merger and because director Josh Boone thought it was unnecessary.
