Tamera Darvette Mowry-Housley (née Mowry) is a German-born American actress and television host. She is best known for her role as Tamera Campbell in the ABC/WB sitcom Sister, Sister (opposite her identical twin sister, Tia Mowry). From 2013–2020, she worked as a co-host of the syndicated talk show The Real, alongside former fellow Disney star Adrienne Bailon, as well as Loni Love, Jeaanie Mai, Tamar Braxton, and Amanda Seales as the other co-hosts.
For Disney, she starred as Camryn Elizabeth Barnes/Apolla DuBaer in the Disney Channel Original Movie Twitches and its sequel Twitches Too. She also played Sissy in the Touchstone Pictures film The Hot Chick.
