David Richard Paul "Dave" Wittenberg is a South African-born American voice actor, who is known for providing voices in video games and anime with nearly 100 titles to his credit. He is best known for his voice roles as Kakashi Hatake in the English dub of Naruto, Michael Lee in Witch Hunter Robin, and Takumi Fujiwara in the Tokyopop dub of Initial D.
For Disney, he voiced The Mad Doctor in Epic Mickey, Reuben and numerous other characters in the English dub of Stitch!, Time Baby and Lolph in Gravity Falls, Bash Johnson in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Thackery Earwicket in the Alice in Wonderland video game, and provided additional voices in The Replacements, Cars 2: The Video Game, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Disney Infinity: 3.0, and Planes (including the deleted song "Ein Crop Duster Can Race").
