Dorthea Lauren Allegra Lapkus is an American actress and voice actress, who is best known for portraying Susan Fischer in Orange is the New Black and Jess in Crashing. She has appeared in shows, such as The Middle, Hot in Cleveland, and The Big Bang Theory and films, such as Blended, Jurassic World, and The Unicorn. She has also performed voice acting roles, such as Patience St. Pim in Adventure Time, Mackenzie in Craig of the Creek, and Little Lotta in Harvey Street Kids.
For Disney, she provided voice work for Matilda and additional voices in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, Higgs in Star vs. the Forces of Evil, and on separate occasions, in Big City Greens, voiced Val in "Homeshare Hoedown", Rich Lady in "Mansion Madness", and Bella in "Gramma Drive".
