Jon Ferguson "Jay" Mohr is an American actor, voice actor, stand-up comedian, writer, radio host, and podcaster. He is best known for his role as Professor Rick Payne in the CBS supernatural series Ghost Whisperer, the titular role in the CBS sitcom Gary Unmarried (2008–2010), as a cast member for two seasons in the sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live, and as sports agent Bob Sugar in the 1996 comedy-drama film Jerry Maguire. He is also well-known for voicing the titular loudmouthed parakeet of the 1998 DreamWorks adventure comedy film Paulie and Tim (Olive's owner) in the 1999 3D computer-animated Christmas comedy film Olive, the Other Reindeer.
As of January 2013, he is the host of Jay Mohr Sports, a daily midday sports radio talk show on Fox Sports Radio.
For Disney, he provided the voices of Mack McCro in The Brave Little Toaster to the Rescue and King Groucharooney and Suave Seashell in the Disney XD series The 7D. He also played Alan in the ABC TV show American Housewife.
