Moira Anne Kelly is an American actress and voice actress, who, for Disney, voiced Nala in The Lion King, The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, and The Lion King 1½. She also portrayed Dana Clifton in The Tie That Binds and Rebecca in Billy Bathgate.
Kelly's early work included films, such as The Cutting Edge, Chaplin, Little Odessa, and Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. However, her best known roles are in television as Mandy Hampton in the NBC political drama series The West Wing from 1999 to 2000, and Karen Roe in The WB/CW teen-serial drama series One Tree Hill (2003-2009).
