"Hercules and the Epic Adventure" is an episode of Hercules: The Animated Series. It first aired on November 7, 1998.
Summary[]
The young hero is proud of the epic poem he has created for an assignment, but is scared of reading it in front of his friends, for fear of what they might think. Meanwhile Orthos the Bi-Clops wants revenge for the humiliation Hercules caused him in "Hercules and the First Day of School". Hercules loses his poem and goes on a wild goose chase to get it back, even going to the city dump, fighting a harpy, sneaking into a tavern, and getting himself arrested. In the end Orthos finds Hercules and is once again defeated by the young hero, and Hercules tells his class about his adventure to get the poem instead of reading the epic poem.
