Pluto's Dream House is a Mickey Mouse cartoon that was released in 1940.
Synopsis[]
"Does you mean a kennel for a canine beast?" An invisible genie with a Rochester voice emerges from a lamp and creates a deluxe home for Pluto, nearly driving Mickey to distraction in the process.
Plot[]
When Mickey decides to build a new dog house for Pluto, they discover a magic lamp while breaking ground. An invisible genie emerges from the lamp and quickly finishes the house. Mickey asks the genie to give Pluto a bath. Later, while he is relaxing next to the radio, it starts to have a mechanical problem. Mickey tries to fix it, but the radio keeps changing stations. The genie, within earshot in the next room, takes the radio's random audio snippets as verbal commands and starts preparing Pluto like a recipe. Just as the genie was about to cut Pluto into thin slices, he wakes up and discovers it was all just a dream.
