Stephen Harold Tobolowsky is an American actor, author, musician, and playwright. He is best known for his film roles, such as Ned Ryerson in Groundhog Day, Sammy Jankis in Memento, and Happy Chapman (along with his brother, Walter J. Chapman) in Garfield: The Movie.
For Disney, he played Chuck Stupak in Mr. Magoo, Mike in My Father the Hero, Eric Kluster in The Insider, Michael McCausland in Don't Look Under the Bed, Norbert Barrington in The Country Bears, Bill Bardo in An Alan Smithee Film: Burn Hollywood Burn, and Elton Bates in Freaky Friday. He also voiced Bando in Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco, Tabaqui in The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Story, Calculator in The Brave Little Toaster Goes to Mars, Gil in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Stan Lipkowski in American Dragon: Jake Long, a worried elf in Puppy Dog Pals, Ron the Manager in Toy Story of Terror!, and Numericles in the Hercules episode "Hercules and the Techno Greeks".
