Chantal Strand is a Canadian actress, voice actress, singer, and writer, who is best known for her various voice-over roles in cartoon shows, such as Cassie in Dragon Tales, Bijou, Mia, and Natalie in Hamtaro, and Gem, Pi, and Bernard in Sabrina: The Animated Series. She is also well-known for playing Lacus Clyne in Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny, in which she voiced both Lacus Clyne and Meer Campbell. Additionally, she had a recurring role on the television series My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic as the voice of Diamond Tiara.
For Disney, she portrayed Tammy in the Air Bud film series.
