Finding Nemo is the soundtrack album for the 2003 Disney/Pixar animated film of the same name. It was released through Walt Disney Records on May 20, 2003, and composed by Thomas Newman. It was the first Pixar film not to be scored by Randy Newman. The album was nominated for the Academy Award for Original Music Score, losing to The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. All songs written and composed by Thomas Newman, except track 40 (Charles Trénet, Jack Lawrence and Albert Lasry).
