Plot

Toby, Mr. Dillo and Tio decide to recruit members for their Volunteer Fire Department, and succeed after some encouragement from Sheriff Callie together with a fire engine. Unfortunately, things are about to turn worse when Peck, Priscilla, and Stinky are in a disagreement with each other and also start using the fire engine for their own chores.
