The Flamingo Maitre D' is the main antagonist of the Mickey Mouse episode "No Reservations"

Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle go to a fancy restaurant because Minnie has made reservations. When they arrive, the Flamingo sarcastically asks if he can help them and is shocked when Minnie says she has reservations. While checking his book, he finds that Minnie does have reservations but not wanting to let the trio in, he lies and kicks them out.
Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle then try to get back in disguised as chickens, but their cover is blown when Clarabelle yells, "cock-a-doodle moo," and they are kicked out again by the Flamingo.
The three attempt to hide in crates of food, but the Flamingo catches them and threatens to turn them into the special of the day, causing the trio to flee in terror.
Next, they disguise themselves as a smooth jazz band but are caught once more when the Flamingo sees them stealing food from the guests and kicks them out for good.
While trying to enter through a hole in the roof, Clarabelle gets stuck. As Minnie and Daisy try to pull her out, her udders spill milk onto the guests, who mistake it for fire sprinklers and believe there is a fire. The Maitre D' tries to calm everyone down, but fails. Eventually, Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle manage to get into the restaurant, and the Flamingo, who is about to be eaten by them, runs out and crashes into a car off-screen.
