Flo's V8 Café is a café in Radiator Springs owned and operated by Flo in Disney/Pixar's Cars franchise. Though Flo serves beverages of oil and gas to customers, she also serves drinks to the residents of Radiator Springs once in a while, where her café has become a frequent hangout area for the town's residents to get together to host celebrations, listen to stories, or simply just chat.

Fillmore, Sarge, Ramone, and Flo were hanging at the café one lonely night where Fillmore and Sarge were watching a blinking traffic light. They then heard Sheriff backfiring where they witnessed Lightning McQueen drive out of control through the café before everyone saw him destroy the town's road by dragging the statue of Stanley.
As McQueen fixed the road with Bessie, Fillmore and Sarge were at Flo's V8 Café where Sheriff joined them in watching the racecar do his work. A few minutes later, two minivans came into town, Flo tried to get them to stop at Flo's V8 Café, but they refused, because they "just topped off."
Later, after losing a race to Doc Hudson, Lightning scrapped the bumpy road that he paved earlier as Ramone, Sarge, Fillmore, Flo, and Mater were watching him work from Flo's V8 Café.
Two days later, everyone went to Flo's to get some fuel where McQueen tried to tell everyone that Doc was a famous racecar, but nobody believed him while Doc watched and eavesdropped from his garage. Then, Sally Carrera refilled Lightning's gas tank all the way, because she trusted him despite Sheriff being worried that he will run away. Before Sally took McQueen on a drive, the racecar thought about running away, but decided against it and followed Sally.
The next day, at night, all the neon lights were finally fixed, including Flo's where everyone began to have some fun before the press arrived due to Doc Hudson informing them on McQueen's whereabouts. After McQueen was taken by the press, Flo sadly returned to her café where she turned off the buildings neon lights.
Later, after McQueen sets his racing headquarters in Radiator Springs in Radiator Springs, putting the town back on the map, Flo started receiving lots of customers at her café where she hired Mia and Tia as waitresses to help serving beverages to cars.
Cars: The Video Game[]
Flo's V8 Café is now the popular location, due to the fact that there are lots of cars driving in Radiator Springs. Often times, some cars that are driving on the road will stop under one of the stalls and get gas.
Cars: Mater-National Championship[]
Flo's café is still the most successful building in the town where cars will often stop there.
Cars Toons[]
Flo's is often seen where the town's residents are seen drinking their oil cans there. The café also serves as a location where Mater frequently shares his stories to McQueen and his other friends.
Cars 2[]
After the events of the World Grand Prix, the town's residents and several customers gather around Flo's V8 Café to listen to Mater tell his adventures on stopping Miles Axlerod and his crime syndicate of Lemons from dominating the world through their oil rigs. Everyone also witnessed the arrival of British agents, Finn McMissile and Holley Shiftwell whom helped Mater in his journey. Also, at the café, Mater, McQueen and the agents were able to discover that Sarge had switched McQueen's Allinol with Fillmore's organic fuel, which prevented McQueen from exploding when coming in contact with the Lemons' electromagnetic pulse emitter.
