Fluffy Louise Lopart

Fluffy Louise Lopart (referred to as Fluffy) is Mr. Lopart's pet cat, in the Disney Jr. show, Handy Manny. She is sometimes the main source of Mr. Lopart's clumsyness.

Fluffy has white fur, a pink and golden collar and license.
