"Follow Me Little Floofle" is a song from the 2018 Muppet Babies episode "Summer's Big Kerfloofle". After Bunsen and Beaker bring a little creature called a floofle into the playroom, Summer decides to take it outside to play instead of taking her nap. But then it turns red, multiplies and goes out of control.
In order to get them to calm down, Summer uses the song to lead the floofles inside for a nap, where they all turn green again and go back to being one.
