"Follow the Bouncing Bumble!" is the first segment of the fifty-seventh episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It premiered on August 16, 2013 alongside "Sandy and the Clams", and is the first segment of the thirty-second episode in the second season.
Plot[]
Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones locate the Bumble Bungalow, home to the Bouncy Bumbles. Bones reassures Captain Hook that treasure exists there, but also warns that it's guarded by their Queen. Captain Hook enters with his fly-swatter hook but is quickly chased out by three Bouncy Bumbles. Consequently, he devises an even better plan.
Meanwhile, Jake and his crew are playing Buccaneer Beach Volleyball when a Bouncy Bumble named Bouncer bumps into Skully. Bouncer tries to tell them something, and Jake and his crew decide to follow him to investigate what's happening in Big Bug Valley. They discover more Bouncy Bumbles bouncing around the Bumble Bungalow, but these are actually Captain Hook and his crew disguised as Bumbles, attempting to sneak past the other Bouncy Bumbles and find their Golden Treasure. Jake and his crew notice this and decide to stay close to Bouncer to help him stop Hook and protect the treasure.
Captain Hook and his crew are still searching for the treasure. Bones states that it's with the Queen in the center of the bungalow. They then slip and slide across the Bumblewax floor, bouncing around the bungalow. Jake and his crew notice this, and Izzy suggests they skate across like ice skaters to avoid slipping. This works, and they earn two gold doubloons. Later, Captain Hook and his crew encounter a labyrinth leading to the Queen's chamber. They quickly become lost, and Jake and his crew notice. They follow Bouncer through the maze while Captain Hook and his crew struggle to find their way out. Successfully navigating the maze earns them three more gold doubloons. They eventually exit the maze and take a slide that leads to the Queen's chamber, with Jake and his crew following closely.
Once at the Queen's chamber, Captain Hook and his crew introduce themselves as the bumbles before Jake and his crew arrive. Thinking they're here to steal her treasure, the Queen thinks of them as thieves. Jake states that they are not thieves, and Bouncer mentions that they are good friends. The Queen then states that any friend of a Bumble is a friend of hers. Izzy mentions that they're here to stop Captain Hook from stealing her treasure. The Queen the notices the treasure missing, and Skully notices the thieves as Captain Hook, Smee, Sharky, and Bones, who then escape.
Jake reassures the Queen that he and his crew will get her treasure back. Outside the bungalow, Captain Hook opens the treasure, which is filled with golden honey—something he detests. He then accidentally tips over the bungalow using his crowbar hook. Izzy uses her pixie dust on Jake and his crew to restore it to its proper place, earning them four gold doubloons. The remaining Bumbles arrive and force Captain Hook and his crew to flee. Afterward, with the treasure returned to its rightful location, the Queen thanks Jake and his crew for saving her treasure and rewards them with honey.
Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Cubby then serves everyone honey cupcakes. Back on the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook hopes he never sees honey or sweet things again. Mr. Smee then serves him honey cake, but then trips and gets it all over Captain Hook. Seagulls then eat it, as it's their favorite food.
