"Forbidden Pumbaa" is the first segment from the 37th episode of The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa.

Synopsis

The episode starts by introducing an alien spacecraft and a vast laboratory. A computer tells an alien robot to abduct one warthog. The alien takes the spacecraft to earth. Timon and Pumbaa are sleeping while the spacecraft measures Pumbaa and then put the two in a transparent ball.

Everything in the ball floats and then fall down. A leaf lands on Pumbaa's nose and Timon and Pumbaa wake up in fear. The two run from one side of the ball to another and when they see that they're in outer space, they scream, run, and finally they run into the alien robot. The alien kidnaps Pumbaa and takes the warthog to a strange door. Timon tries to enter but a computer voice says that he has to press some numbers to get in. After doing so, Timon enters the "door" and looks for Pumbaa. When the meerkat sees his friend, a laser shoots him and the meerkat runs away from it.

After Timon gets away from the laser, he sees that he's in mid-air and falls in the water. Then a monster eats the meerkat, but Timon quickly gets out of its mouth. Then, Timon sees Pumbaa and gets a jet-pack after his friend. But the jet-pack goes out of control and hits several obstacles. Next, Timon, Pumbaa and the alien are almost to the vast laboratory. Pumbaa and the alien get in the laboratory leaving Timon out. Timon then sees a shooter laser to save Pumbaa's life.

The alien robot puts Pumbaa in a machine. Timon gets in ready to shoot the alien, but the robot takes out another laser and shoots Timon's laser with it. Then the alien makes the machine work. Timon is very concerned about what's happening to Pumbaa, however, when Pumbaa gets out, it turns out to be a cloning machine. Timon and Pumbaa play with the machine to make more than one of each of them. The alien sees what's going on and then decides to quit. The alien pushes a button that will make the spacecraft explode and Timon and Pumbaa escape, but first they have to find the real ones of them. After finding the real ones of the two, Timon and Pumbaa see an Escape Pod, get inside, and get out of the spacecraft. Then, the two land on another planet and see a bunch of female warthogs, one in which Pumbaa has a crush for. Timon gets annoyed and says "Crud."
