Francisco Ramon "Frank" Angones, Jr. is an American writer, director, producer, and story editor. He is best known for co-creating the 2017 DuckTales reboot, along with Matt Youngberg.

Angones graduated from Columbia University School of the Arts in 2011 and moved to Los Angeles, California. He began his career writing on-air promos for Comedy Central. After freelance writing for the comedy movie Mutual Friends and the TBS sitcom Men at Work, he would join Disney in 2013 first as a writer for the Austin & Ally episode "Future Sounds & Festival Songs" and later as a story editor and writer for Wander Over Yonder.

He would later go on to co-create DuckTales (2017) alongside Matt Youngberg, having grown up with the original 1987 series.
