Fred Melamed is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer, who made his film debut in the 1983 romance film Lovesick. Since then, he has been known for narrating the crime TV series Silk Stalkings, as well as portraying Bruce Ben-Bacharach in Lady Dynamite, Sam Sotto in In a World..., and Sy Ableman in A Serious Man.
For Disney, he portrayed Todd Davis/Arthur Hart in the Marvel Disney+ series WandaVision and Captain Phil Noland in The Mysterious Benedict Society. For Touchstone Pictures, he played Dr. Payne in The Good Mother.
