Fregley is a surreal young boy who is always into being weird and gross. He has a habit of getting too close to people and being a little too open about his interests. He is either unaware or does not care about how off-putting he is to others, but he seems rather proud of himself and who he is. He is actually a fairly nice person who is sociable, but he fails to read the room around him and goes about his business being more a nuisance to others.

Fregley is a short young boy with a wide head, orange moppy hair, round green glasses, and a big wide open mouth with visible teeth. He usually wears a zip up dark yellow sweater, green scarf, dark green pants, and brown shoes.
