Milton French Stewart is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He is best known for his role as Harry Solomon in the NBC sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun from 1996 to 2001. He also played Chef Rudy in the sitcom Mom.
For Disney, he voiced Icarus in Hercules: The Series. He also portrayed Inspector Gadget in the 2003 DTV sequel Inspector Gadget 2 (replacing Matthew Broderick). Various other roles are listed below.
