"Game On" is the first segment of the third episode of Miles from Tomorrowland. It premiered on February 6, 2015 alongside "How I Saved My Summer Vacation".
Plot[]
In the Stellosphere's observatory, Miles is ready to practice Galaxias, as the Tomorrowland Transit Authority uploaded new training levels for him and M.E.R.C. to try. Miles tells M.E.R.C. that Galaxias helps anyone practice to be prepared for anything in outer space. Miles then tells Stella to upload the latest level of Galaxias, and Miles explains that the goal is to do anything you can to get to the top, and when he reaches the energy orb, he wins. The hard part about the game is that the platforms can do anything, and one carries Miles out of the game and back in, almost striking Loretta. Miles then hops onto another platform which goes down, so Miles uses his Blastbuckle tether to make it to the top and complete the level. M.E.R.C. decides to give it a try when Leo arrives. M.E.R.C. fails, and Stella shuts down the game. Leo informs M.E.R.C. that it is okay if you fall down as long as you get back up. Stella then informs everyone of a call from the TTA, and the Callistos go back to the bridge, where Miles takes off his game gear.
In the holo-screen, Admirals Watson and Crick are playing Galaxias as well, and inform the Callistos of their latest mission: visit the aliens on Planet Dethalia and invite them to join the Tomorrowland Alliance. Loretta's Bracelex does not have any information about the aliens because the TTA has never seen them before. However, with the trans-galactic highway expanding to their quadrant, it is time to reach out to them, meaning that the Callistos will be the first to meet the Dethalians. Leo plans to deliver some data chips that tell them all they need to know about the TTA, and the transmission ends.
Shortly after reaching Planet Dethalia, Phoebe informs everyone about not wanting to miss their first contact when the Stellosphere does not respond. Leo believes that something is holding them in place, and Loretta finds out that it is a big ship. Miles wonders if this is the aliens they are supposed to meet, and Phoebe calls them. Suddenly, Queen Gemma appears on the holo-screen, telling the Callistos why they entered their territory uninvited. Phoebe tells her that they are on a mission of friendship. However, Gemma tells them if they know a villain she shows on a display, and Miles tells her that he is Gadfly. Gemma says that he is a thief and no friend to the Dethalians, and that if the Callistos know him, they are no friends to the Dethalians either. The transmission then ends. Phoebe tells Miles that everything will be fine once they explain that that is a misunderstanding.
In the Dethalian ship, Gemma tells the Callistos that they are her prisoners, but Phoebe tells her that they came here to invite her to the Tomorrowland Alliance. Suddenly, Gemma's son Prince Rygan appears and M.E.R.C. gives Gemma the data chips, but Gemma actually eats one, and tells the Callistos that they are all under arrest for entering her kingdom without her permission. Despite a plea from Rygan about not meeting a human before, Gemma ignores it and orders the guards to take the Callistos to the brig.
Phoebe tries to call Tomorrowland, but it does not work because the Dethalians are blocking the Questcoms due to not being big on communication. Miles tries to use his Lazerang, but it falls out of the bars. Rygan picks it up, and apologizes to the Callistos for Gemma locking them up. The Callistos say that that is part of their mission to make friends, and want to escape. Rygan suggests that the Callistos challenge Gemma to a game of Kalok, which is how they settle all of their differences, when Gemma appears. Phoebe then makes the challenge, and when Rygan tells Gemma that anyone can play the game, Gemma accepts the challenge under the condition that one of the Callistos can play the game against the Dethalian Champion. Gemma then wishes the Callistos luck before calling them "puny humans".
Gemma then introduces the Dethalian Champion, and when the Callistos still have not decided about who will represent them, Rygan tells them that whoever touches the orb at the top of the tower wins, but that the obstacles do different things, and you need to be ready for anything. Miles thinks that that is just like Galaxias. After some hesitation, Phoebe decides that Miles will represent their family. Before the game, Rygan warns Miles to watch out for the purple discs, as he will get stuck if he lands on one of them. Miles makes quick progress, but the Dethalian Champion uses a tether to make his way to the top of the tower, only to get knocked back down. As Miles makes more progress, he accidentally falls on the purple disc, and the Dethalian Champion uses another disc to get back to the top of the tower. M.E.R.C. shows Leo about getting back up after falling down, and Leo informs Miles of such. Miles almost reaches the orb when he falls back down. Thinking quick, Miles uses his Blastbuckle tether to get to the highest point and reaches the orb, ending the game. Despite this, Gemma still remains displeased.
The Dethalian ship then lets the Stellosphere go, and Gemma informs the Callistos that they got lucky, but if they enter the Dethalian territory again, they will not get off so easily. Rygan then congratulates Miles about his Galaxias skills, and Miles agrees to show Rygan some of his moves if he invites him over. The transmission then ends. Miles says that the Callistos at least made one friend with the Dethalians, and Phoebe concludes that the TTA would agree that that is an excellent start.
