Garko the Man-Frog is a Marvel Comics character that appears in the Disney Channel series, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He is a humanoid frog supervillain.

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur[]
Garko first appears in the episode "Skip This Ad...olescence" where he is seen robbing a pawn shop. He runs into Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, but easily subdues them with his mucus. He explains his plan and history of having swam in a radioactive lake, but Moon Girl fast-forwards through it and misses important details. She attempts to get him to repeat his monologue, but he instead decides to flee with the loot.

- In the comics, Garko was an ordinary man who drank a serum that turned him into a monstrous frog being. He comes into conflict with Howard the Duck, but the fight is shortened as the serum works too well. Eventually turning Garko into an ordinary mindless frog. He is later crushed by a police cruiser.
- Garko is the second villain to seemingly get away with his crime in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, after Rockin' Rudy.
- Gary Anthony Williams, Garko's voice actor, also voices Pops Lafayette and Rockin' Rudy in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
