General Hyles is an alien villain that appears in the Disney Channel series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He leads the Zingarian army in trying to kidnap Kid Kree to hold for ransom for Pad-Varr.

General Hyles appears in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur in the episode "Dancing With Myself". He leads his Zingarian army to hunt and capture Mel-Varr as ransom for his father Pad-Varr. This is apparently a regular occurrence with Hyles taking great glee in doing so. They chase Kid Kree to ISS 833 where Lunella Lafayette invited him to be her date. Hyles and his army show up to capture Mel-Varr, but Lunella rescues him and the two suit up as Moon Girl and Kid Kree to battle Hyles and his army, ultimately ending with them getting booted from the school dance.

- In the comics, the Zingarians were not an alien race, but rather humans that lived in the nation of Zingara. They did have giant killer moths that lived there and were a threat to the heroes Conan the Barbarian and Red Sonja.
- His name Hyles, is a type of genus of moth.
