George Hosato Takei is a Japanese-American actor, author, and voice artist who is best known for his role as Hikaru Sulu, in the Star Trek series.
He voiced the First Ancestor of the Fa Family Ancestors in the 1998 Disney animated film, Mulan, and reprised the role in its direct-to-video sequel. He guest-starred on Muppets Tonight in episode 211. He voiced Master Sensei on the Disney Channel animated series Kim Possible.
He also portrayed Rome Tipton, descendant of London Tipton, in the The Suite Life on Deck episode "Starship Tipton", Lok Durd in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Mr. Kobayashi in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, and Spectryx in Miles from Tomorrowland. He also voiced King Toshi in Elena of Avalor and Dr. Sweet Tooth in The 7D.
