Ghost-Spider (real name Gwen Stacy) is one of the main protagonists of the Disney Jr. animated series Spidey and his Amazing Friends. As Ghost-Spider, she defends New York City from villains alongside her friends, Spidey and Spin. She also teams up with other heroes to defeat evil foes and learn that teamwork is the best way to save the day.
Gwen Stacy was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

Gwen loves playing video games with her friends Peter and Miles, solving mysteries, and playing the drums. Her knack for solving mysteries makes her a valuable asset to Team Spidey.
Physical appearance[]
Gwen is a little girl with light blue eyes and shoulder-length blonde hair with pink highlights. As a civilian, she wears a white shirt with purple horizontal stripes, and a purple denim jacket over it. She wears long blue pants, and light pink shoes with dark pink toe caps. In her hair, she wears a black headband. At bedtime, Gwen wears purple pajamas covered in light blue musical notes, and white lining.
As Ghost-Spider, Gwen wears a white hood over her white mask with pink outlines surrounding the eyes. The inner side of the hood is pink with white outlines forming a web pattern. Her suit is mainly purple from the chest down, except for a light blue spider logo, and lines at the back that go from the lower side of her back to her shoes.

- Wall-Crawling: Ghosty can crawl on the walls by sticking and unsticking like how actual spiders climb.
- Spidey-Sense: This sense acts as a warning to Ghosty that danger is coming or close by.
- Spider Proportionate Strength: Ghosty is still strong enough to move and stop cars by pulling on his webs.
- Dino Gem powers: After Reptil shares his Dino Gem powers with Team Spidey, Gwen is given the ability to shapeshift into a Pteranodon.
Abilities[]
- Gliding: Ghosty can glide like a flying squirrel and/or a sugar glider with the use of web-wings that are deployed from her costume undernearth her arms.
- Skilled Detective: Since her mother is a detective, Ghosty has a proclivity for analytical thinking and detective work.
- Skilled Drummer: Gwen is very good at playing the drum set.
Equipment[]
- Web-Shooters: They are able to shoot web fluids at high pressure and speed. Ghosty's web-shooters produce purple webs.
Trivia[]
- Gwen's appearance portrays her with pink tipped highlights in her hair. This was actually a characteristic that was adopted by Gwenpool (Gwendolyn Poole), a Deadpool variant physically based on Gwen Stacy.
- Spider-Gwen was planned to be released as a figurine for the game Disney Infinity 3.0 prior to being canceled.[1]
