Goofy credits his good luck to his rubber duck, and Daisy decides to borrow it so she can race on a dangerous race course that she has never won before.
Plot
The episode begins in the Roadster Garage, where Goofy strolls and presents the many prizes he won, including free ice cream for being the thousandth customer of an ice cream shop. Daisy is disappointed because today is the Rough Rally Obstacle Course, an extremely difficult race that everybody but her won. She asks Goofy how he is extremely lucky, who secretly explains that it is because of his lucky rubber ducky, and allows Daisy to borrow it for the Rough Rally Obstacle Course. Daisy gladly takes it and soon discovers lucky things happening to her.
The scene cuts to the starting line of the race, where Billy Beagle announces the race, but Chip and Dale realize they forgot to set up the obstacles before quickly setting off to put them up. The racers arrive to the starting line, with Daisy having the rubber ducky tied to her Roadster. The race begins, and the racers soon enter a windy road in the forest after Daisy catches an early lead. Daisy just barely avoid crashing into Clarabelle's Roadster after she drives the wrong way, and Daisy pins the luck on the rubber ducky again.
The racers then race across a very old bridge, but the planks fall before Daisy and Goofy arrive. Daisy performs a rope trick to slingshot her way across, and Goofy also performs one, though differently than Daisy. Goofy lands and finds that Daisy accidentally dropped the rubber ducky. He attempts to give it back to her but she doesn't hear him. Chip and Dale then push boulders into a ravine, crushing Pete's Roadster and causing Mickey and Minnie to accidentally run into each other. Daisy and Goofy successfully get across before Goofy finally tells Daisy that she dropped the rubber ducky. He attempts to toss it back to her when Clarabelle accidentally catches the ducky, before driving the wrong way again and accidentally launching herself out of the race with the rubber ducky. Pete begins catching up. Daisy is now scared that she will lose again now that the ducky is gone, but Goofy points out she came all this way without the ducky, saying it only gave her confidence. Daisy now confidently completes the final part of the race in first place, earning her very first trophy.
Daisy is showing her trophy to the other racers as Goofy pushes his Roadster on roller skates as his tires flattened when he landed. He said he pushed his Roadster through a roller skating competition, earning him another trophy. When Daisy asks how Goofy got the trophy without the lucky rubber ducky, he explains that it must have been his lucky pair of underpants. The episode ends with Goofy offering his lucky underpants to Daisy, much to her disgust.
