"Goofy the Great" is the twenty-first episode of the first season of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It originally aired on Playhouse Disney (now Disney Jr.) on January 13, 2007.
Plot[]
Goofy is getting ready to perform at the big magic show but his tricks are broken and he cannot remember the magic words.
Synopsis[]
The episode begins in the Clubhouse with Mickey greeting the viewers. Pluto and Goofy run in as Goofy sets up a table to perform magic tricks as practice for the Big Magic Show taking place later tonight. Minnie walks in and Goofy tries to make a bouquet of flowers for her but ends up making a bunch of bananas instead. Goofy is disheartened because he thinks his tricks are broken, but Mickey and Minnie offer to help him. Mickey goes to the Mouse-ke-doer to pick up his Mouseketools: a rope, an eraser, glow paints, and the Mystery Mouseketool.
Donald and his Boo-Boo Chicken as Goofy attempts to make handkerchiefs appear. Mickey and Minnie tell Goofy that the correct magic words are "Hocus Pocus" but Goofy messes up and ends up pulling out a pair of underpants instead. Mickey offers Goofy two more handkerchiefs but they need coloring, so he calls Toodles for the glow paints to fill them in. Goofy's second trick is to pull a rabbit out of his hat, but messes up and pulls Boo-Boo Chicken out instead. Goofy's third trick, as Daisy walks in, is give her two blank cards and then turn them into the 3 and 7 of Hearts. However, Goofy messes up again and the card have more hearts than they should. Mickey calls Toodles for the eraser to erase the extra hearts.
Goofy's fourth trick is to take six doves sitting in a cage and make two of them disappear. However, he messes up again and all the doves disappear. The gang finds them sitting on top of the garage, so Mickey calls Toodles again for the Mystery Mouseketool, which is birdseed, to lure the doves back into the cage. It is now time for the magic show, and Goofy is still nervous, but Mickey tells Goofy to just remember the proper magic words. Goofy successfully performs all of his tricks but accidentally starts floating away. Mickey calls Toodles one final time for the rope, allowing him to catch Goofy and pull him back to the ground. Everyone then returns to the Clubhouse and does the Hot Dog Dance. The episode ends with everyone exiting the Clubhouse as it disappears and Mickey waving goodbye to the viewers.
