"Gramma Driver" is the second segment of the forty-second episode of Big City Greens.
Synopsis
Gramma becomes a rideshare driver, only to find her best customers are thieves.
Plot
Bill has decided to get phones for the family, mostly because they were having a sale, and all are glad to be getting one. While checking his messages, Bill accidentally plays on loudspeaker that Gramma Alice's car has been fixed for quite some time and that they can go pick it up. Alice is appalled that he would prevent her from getting it back even though she renewed her license, but Bill insists that she is a terrible driver and has been keeping her safe. Alice suggests that she challenge that notion and is introduced to an app called Swyft where she can pick up passengers who need to get to places and be rated on it. She proceeds to download the app and begins transporting passengers. Meanwhile, Tilly is convinced that the assist A.I., Agatha, is a real soul that needs to be freed and Cricket tries to prank Gloria with an order of 91 lattes to a fake address, much to her annoyance.
Alice is disappointed to learn that all of her passengers have given her a one star rating, but refuses to give in to Bill's claim. Elsewhere, two thieves named Bella and Bash have just robbed a bank. When their getaway driver abandons them, they hire a Swyft driver who just so happens to be Alice. She once again gives them a wild and dangerous drive which they enjoy and give her her first five star rating. Alice comes home and proudly announces the rating to Bill who decides to come along her next drive. Cricket returns to work where Gloria asks Cricket to make the 91 lattes and then have them transferred to the fake address. After spilling them all on the road, Gloria calls Cricket to gloat how she knew he had tried to prank her. Tilly cannot break the phone due to its durability and decides to drop a metal pole at a construction site on it.
At the next drive, Bella and Bash are confused by Bill's presence when he gets a news report on the two thieves. They kick Alice out, but keep Bill due to his weight, and run over Officer Keys' foot. Alice commandeers Keys' police cruiser and the two give chase. By sheer coincidence, Bella and Bash drive over Cricket's giant coffee spill and slide into the construction site where Tilly drops the pole; stopping the vehicle completely. Alice and Keys arrive to arrest the criminals. Bill apologizes to Alice for doubting her driving as a traumatized Cricket is carried away. Tilly discovers that she successfully cracked the phone with Agatha thanking her. Bill tells Tilly that the phone cost $200.

- The episode's title is possibly a reference to the Edgar Wright film Baby Driver, a film whose plot is about a getaway driver for criminals.
- Bella and Bash resemble Jessie and James from the Pokémon anime series. Coincidentally, Gramma Alice's Japanese voice actress, Inuko Inuyama, is the voice of Team Rocket's Meowth in the original Japanese version of the Pokémon anime.
- This is Thomas Middleditch's second guest appearance and Lauren Lapkus' third guest appearance on Big City Greens. Middleditch previously voiced Donny Tinselton in "Cricket's Kapowie" and Lapkus voiced Val in "Homeshare Hoedown" and Rich Lady in "Mansion Madness".
- Gwendolyn Zapp from "Car Trouble" has a cameo on a poster. She reappears in "I, Farmbot".
- Samcell is clearly a nod to Samsung.
- Swyft is a reference to real world app Uber.
- The events of "Gramma's License" are referenced and it is revealed that Bill has been preventing Alice from getting her car back due to her reckless driving.
- Bella and Bash sticking their tongues out toward one another as a sign of affection looks similar to the pregnant couple from the first episode of the Netflix series The Midnight Gospel.
- Moral: Sometimes your disadvantages may come in handy.
