Harley Keener is a boy from Tennessee who met the mechanic during the Extremis attacks.

Iron Man 3
One night, Harley Keener felt the presence of someone in his garage, the intruder turned out to be Tony Stark. The boy and Stark were at the site of a thermal explosion and then went to visit a woman, whose son was causing the explosion. the meeting does not end because Stark meets Ellen Brandt and Eric Savin, with whom they fight to stay alive.
Afer Brandt's death, Savin takes Harley hostage but the child escapes through a flash grenade given to him by Tony. One day coming home from school, Harley finds his garage was full of electronic equipment which with filled him joy. On a table was a personal gift with a sign that read: "Potato Gun Mark II" and regards from "The Mechanic".
Avengers: Endgame
An older Harley attends Tony's funeral, which implies they kept in touch off-screen for 10 years.
What If...?
Although Harley does not physically appear in the episode, his name is seen on Happy Hogan's contact list in "What if... Happy Hogan Saved Christmas?", implying Harley kept in touch with both Tony and Happy after meeting.

Harley appears as a recruit of WEB in the Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure attraction at Avengers Campus.[1]
