Javier "Harvey" Guillén is an American actor, voice actor, writer, and producer. He is best known for his various film appearances, including Zach in The Internship, Joaquim Wolfson in Werewolves Within, Holt Thorne in Truth or Dare, and as the voice of Perrito in DreamWorks' Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. He also starred in television shows, such as The Thundermans, Eye Candy, Haters Back Off, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, iZombie, The Magicians, The Good Place, and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist. In addition, he voiced Vassago in the adult animated musical web series Helluva Boss and Odie in the 2024 computer-animated film The Garfield Movie.
For Disney, he voiced Funny the Funhouse in Mickey Mouse Funhouse, Angmar in The Owl House, Hector in Big City Greens, Uncle Tad in Firebuds, Gabo in Wish, and Claudio in Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip. He also portrayed Glenn in Dog with a Blog, Guillermo de la Cruz in FX's comedy horror series What We Do in the Shadows, Alistair Delgado in Freeform's (formerly ABC Family) teen drama series Huge, and Elijah in Fox's sitcom Raising Hope.
